A simulation modelling cognitive evolution, designed as a framework to analyse neural networks for research and optimisation in dynamic environments. Features interactive task visualisation using PyQt5 for analysis of the evolutionary process, while utilising PyTorch and NEAT to train neural networks and track adaptations across generations. Built with modular components for data logging and performance analysis using MatplotLib, Numpy, and Scikit-learn, facilitating comprehensive evaluation of evolutionary progress and agent behaviour.
